Connections and controls

I am getting back into robots after a long while. My DFRover is sitting here and I need to get back to learning. There was a post a while back that showed the various connections that are used on controlling the motors. I mean like speed and forward backward, any sensors… I think this was the Version 1.5.
I have looked through all the forums and cannot find it. Can anyone help?

The motors are connected to digital pins 5 to 8 and the two analog sensors are connected to analog pins 0 and 1.
