Help I just bought 6 new boards and can not get my computer to install the needed drivers for these new boards

What computer do you have? Windows usually already has the drivers so they are often installed automatically. Can you check the “Ports (COM & LPT)” section in your Device Manager to see if the boards show up there?

One of the things I tried on my A-pod was going into device manager, finding the port, and changing the response time in advanced setting down to 1 ms. If you do not see the COM port at all in device manager, there may be a bigger issue with the board itself.
Do you also have the FTDI drivers installed found here
