I’d like to upgrade firmware version of the neato xv pro signature
I tried few times establsih connection with ethe newest neatorobotics.com/ tool ( i used windows xp, windows 8.1 ) from diffrenet computers,/cables but always the computer can’t see the device
Do you have any idea ?

Are your computers equipped with a AMD CPUs ?
The Neato program is not compatible with AMD CPUs. If don’t have AMD CPUs, then we suggest you to verify if you’ve downloaded the updater tool : neatoroboticsupdates.com/Nea … er_x86.exe
When the download is complete, double-click on the file to install the Neato Updater Tool.
When it is installed, we suggest you to turn on the robot and plug it via USB to your computer. You should now see it in your control panel, under the Devices and Printers tab.
