Hi everyone i have buy Xbee-4Nano V1.0.

I’m interested the name of the component that is on the card. I am attaching the photo of the part that interests me.

It is probably the 3.3v voltage regulator. From their schematic it looks like it is something like an MCP1700

Again look at the schematic that is attached to the product page:

For your first part I guessed it was the Voltage regulator, could also have been transistor.

For this one I am guessing it is one of the Diodes (D1 or D9) and from the location guessing D9, which shows on schematic PMEG3050BEP which if you do a query at places like digikey, you find the part:
