Components to build (6) robots

Where do I get the components to build (6) robots that meet the following requirements?

Wheels: (3) 8” – 10”

Width: 18” – 36” wide

Control: Remote, forward & reverse, variable speed would be nice but not necessary.

Speed: 5ft/sec or 3.4MPH-

The robot will be operated outdoors and must operate with a payload of 75 lbs.

I will need to build 6 of these robots so keeping cost low is important.
