Combind Lego and RC

I’d like to buy a regular Ground RC controller with receiver to mount in a Lego creation. I want a Lego mountable servo and a Lego mountable motor that can turn a regular Lego shaft. The motor controller doesn’t need to be Lego mountable nor does the receiver or the batteries. I’m sure there are easy ways to get most things to mount in Lego after all most RC stuff is universally mountable. Can someone point me in the right direction to get me started?

Hello @PenguinJeff and welcome to the RobotShop forum,

Maybe this servo and motor kit could work for you:

Or you can find other LEGO compatible parts here.

For the R/C controller you can check this section of the store, a good option could be this one:

For the transmitter and receiver you can check the Wireless RC / PWM Servo Controllers section and the Power Systems section for the batteries, holders and connectors.

Let us know if you need further assistance

Happy Holidays!

Hi @PenguinJeff and @geraldinebc15
when I read this, I imediately thought 3D printer
If you have access to a printer, you can make a LEGO-like cover for the receiver, battery and anything else.
I’m sure there already is a huge library of LEGO-parts available on Sites like thingiverse
