I want to paint. I can’t accurately perceive colors.
I want a spot metering device that will, with ambient light, tell be what wavelength of color corresponds to the spot being metered so that I can attempt to recreate the color (mechanically recording color mixing data rather than intuitively) so that I might become somewhat skilled at an art form that currently is very confusing to me.
Some kind of color sensing device or colorimeter that responds to visible light spectrum information is what I hope to purchase or build.
If you know of any kind of technology that would help me bridge my colorblind infirmity I would be grateful.
