Coin acceptor to send a signal via USB

Hi,

I am looking for a coin acceptor to accept arcade tokens and send a signal via USB to an intel NUC, ideally sending a keystroke or pulse.

I saw the product

but cant see if this will connect directly with a USB via serial output or if another device is required to convert the output?

Well, there’s a serial and a parallel port on the device. It is compatible with RS232.

You will need a serial to USB adapter to connect it to a PC
