Hi I’m Michael from Machination Studio in Singapore.
I am a toy designer. Compared to the cool stuff you guys are doing here, what I have made does not qualify as a Robot Project, but I made it with the built-in 2DOF sequencer on the Lynxmotion SSC-32U, so I would like to share it with you.

I know there is still a lot of potential that I am not able to achieve, both because of my lack of knowledge, and also from the fact that I needed to freeze the feature set so I can get the product out. I welcome any comments, suggestions and help from the experts here. I have also been fortunate enough to land an exhibition booth at the New York Comic Con in October 2015. So if any of you are going to be there, please get in touch with me.
Edit: Added image.
It’s most certainly a robot; if anything it’s a hexapod robot with prop. accessories mounted on it to make it look (very realistically by the way) like a toy. Incredibly well done!
Hi Michael,
Your project is very interesting indeed. Good job !
You can also add some sensors or cameras to make the robot interact with its environment like for example the Sharp IR Range Sensor or the Pixy CMUcam5 Image Sensor.
Hi,
Thank you for your kind words.
I actually do use a Sharp IR sensor. In the turret at the top. It swivels and if there is something within 45cm, it would stop and the guns would retract. I currently have 2 PIR sensors on the sides to control the turning. It is kinda klunky and I think I’ll use a pair of Sharp IR sensors in the front for the next iteration.
