Is there anyone familiar programming a CMU cam 3? I was just wondering if we could program the camera using Visual Basic?

Visual Basic is a compiler for PCs, not for embedded microcontrollers. It will not program any CMUcam. The CMUcam webpage offers links to GCC programming resources usable with that device.
