Hello experts, i am searching for help as i am looking for components to remote control a single 24v brushed mobility chair motor.
Im sure to most this is simple function but would like to ask what could be used to control direction and speed much like the skate board ( palm ) remote in conjunction to a controller ?
Any help appreciated as i do not have any real experience but eager to learn for my task at hand.

You have an interesting project.
It seems that you would need a motor driver.
Do you want to control one or more motors? What is the amperage of the motor?

Thanks for the quick reply , i am powering a single motor that draws 10 to 20 amp depending on load.
I agree that the sabertooth looks like a great option and if only comes as a dual am ok with that.
My biggest issue maybe the remote style to control it.
I really need it to be a very easy functional one hand control and when researching for such i belive the type thats used on electric skateboards would be perfect.
Speed and direction is all i will be controlling as i need to use in a show venue where i need to have other hand free

It can take standard RC signal. You can see how to connect it and how to control the motor.
