The best solution would be to contact the author of the video. That being said, it was posted in 2013, so you may not get a response or they simply may not have the relevant files anymore.
An alternative to this would be to look-up on the web for tutorials on creating motions, such as official tutorials found here and community-based efforts, such as:

Every time I try to make the motion there some motors gives me red light

You can see what the blinking LED error means by using the diagnostic window in RoboPlus. To see the error details, do the following:
]Power-up and connect the motors/:m]
]Start RobotPlus/:m]
]In RoboPlus, open Dynamixel Wizard/:m]
]Connect with the right COM port to it/:m]
]Try to cause movement for the error to happen/:m]
]See the error details at the bottom (hover for info bubble)/:m]
