Circle Zero Replacement Parts?

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: Pluto Circle Zero

Hardware concerned: Plastic pinion that connects motor shaft to litter arm.

Software concerned: N/A

Troubleshooting steps already taken: teardown, cleaning, inspection.

Additional information: Plastic pinion gear has wear on inner surface causing the litter arm to twist out of the pinion gear instead of turning. I am in need of a replacement pinion gear. Ideally, a metal collar to go inside this item would decrease wear by a lot!

Hi,

See invoice above. I was able to adjust the pinion gear so it still functions, however, I don’t know for how much longer it will hold out.

A simple metal insert will likely fix this issue. I’d be happy to test one if someone can make it.

The warranty on this product is one year, which means that it’s no longer under warranty.

Unfortunately, the manufacturer didn’t send us replacement parts yet so we are unable to sell you this pinion.

Is there a suitable replacement motor available from another vendor?

I paid good money for this litter box and it seems silly and wasteful to render it useless because of a trivial plastic part…
