Circle Zero Litter Box Can't Go Backwards

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Description: Circle Zero Litter Box cannot rotate backwards. Makes weird noise from the motor when trying to do so and the lights in the front will blink consequtively.

Hardware concerned: Motor

Software concerned:

Troubleshooting steps already taken: Reassembled, cleaned, tried all three buttons to test spin forward, backwards (fails), and original position. Spinning forward and reset has no problems.
