Circle zero cycle problem

I have a circle zero litterbox, it seems that it will not cycle the cleaning process, the sensor light is on senses and the 2 lights come on, then at the 7 minute it blinks but doesn’t cycle, what is the issue? please help.

We are sorry to hear about the problem.

Usually, when two LEDs are lit it means the entrance sensor senses an object.

There are three common main causes.

  1. When reassembling the sandbox and the bottom cover, it may not be correctly assembled, which may cause problems in sensor recognition.

  2. The sensor may not be recognized due to a defect in the PCB on the main board.

  3. If the cat puts its paws and heads in the entrance, the sensor may activate and wait for 7 minutes.

well it could be the PCB or the main board here are couple of pics of the lights on the board , the first pic show the red and green light which is at the single light or standard mode. before activity.

the second pic shows the lights on the board when the sensor is activated and then the 7min time is done and the 2 lights are flashing on the front. but the motor never moves at all.

unfortunately I did not, I bought it from an individual who is refusing to pay me my refund, for the litterbox, since it was D O A!, so I am stuck with trying to get it to work. so if I need parts I need to know so I can at least get to use it. if not it is a very expensive lesson for me. hopefully someone can help me. Thanks.

RobotShop will have spare parts for Circle Zero, so it can be repaired.

We have all the parts in the system, but we still didn’t receive them physically. So our stock for Circle Zero parts is 0 currently.

I have to check when we will start to receive these.

I will let you know.

Have you been able to get parts physically yet, my circle zero litter box needs fixed. hopefully soon.

For the moment spare parts should arrive around mid-August for Europe and end of August for Canada.
