CHR-3 -SSC-32 Problem!

Hello,
this my SSC-32 connected to a Bot Board 2 ,and a serial port my problem is that i can’t make a connection to the SSC-32 using the power pod program , i dont know why!!

-the green light never goes off.
-the serial worked successfully with the Basic Atom pro IDE.
-the baud rate 115200, i didn’t change anything(default), am using Com 2.
-i tried to check on the “the serial port enable jumpers on the SSC-32”, you warned before that may not be installed , but i didn’ ind this jumber so please tell me.
-does the Basic atom pro 28 works with The serial port control panel or not ??, when i tried it , every time i click the bot board peeps!!

i hope you can help me find the problem (see the attached image)

The problem you are having is you are trying to communicate with the SSC-32 using it’s DB9 serial connector… But you have the SSC-32 set up to communicate with the Bot Board II. It can not communicate using DB9 and TTL connections. Remove the data cable, and reinstall the two jumpers by the DB9 connector.
