Choosing the right plastic for a custom robot chassis

i wanna go to college for some something that i can builkd chassis and stuff, like u do right now pretty much

My advice, if you want to work in this hobby, is to major in Electrical Engineering. It’s the most difficult of the robotics disciplines to just pick up in your spare time.

What about fiberglass,i mean they make boats and planes from fiberglass and aluminum its moldable repairable and can be made stiff or flexible its nasty to work with but it should be considered in something that might be damaged

Its deffinately some messy stuff and you have to have some knoledge of working it, which is why a lot of people are probably drawn away from it.

IMO though its deffinately good stuff.
