Removal Phase 1 - Remove holders (A) and (B).

2 - Lift the main brush casing at point (A).

3 - Remove Screw (A).

Note: This screw is not present on all models. Some models have hot glue instead. 4 - Remove Screws (B).

5 - Remove main brush casing motor.

- Remove connector (A), which is the connector for the dirt detector (or detectors).

7 - Cut tie-wrap (A).

Note: Some robots have hot glue instead of a tie-wrap. 8 - Remove the main brush casing from the robot.

Assembly Phase 1 - Insert the motor shaft in the new main brush casing.

2 - Place the old motor on the new main brush casing.

3 - Insert screws (A) and (B).

4 - Correctly place the main brush casing in the robot. Then replace Holder (A) and Holder (B). Make sure they are tightly and correctly in place so the robot closes properly.

5 - Reconnect Connector (A), and you’re done.
