Excellent troubleshooting hints. Well documented, and very easy to follow. I now own 7 roomba’s 500 series in various states of repair. I seem to have more than my share of cliff, IR, or bumper sensor issues. Is there a chance someone could do a section on cliff sensors for the 500 series someday soon. They have the strangest mounting point, I have no clue how to even take them apart, much less replace the defective parts.

Hi Julie, Thanks for your excellent instructions and photos. I just finished changing the cliff sensors on my Discovery 4210 because of a broken bumper sensor arm. Your instructions and photos made it fairly easy and my roomba is running perfectly again.
