CAtgenie not using cleaning solution

I have had a Catgenie for several years now, the last few SanieSolution cartridges have been signaling that they are used but they are almost full, I can barely tell the difference from a new cartridge. I used the service mode and found that only a very small trickle comes out when testing the solution but the pump is running. I am thinking it might be dirty and need the lines/pump cleaned… Is there a way to clean the lines? Or should I be checking something else?

Have you used the Maintenance Cartridge with your CatGenie recently? The problem you are experiencing can be caused by lime and grime in the lines. We would suggest you to purchase and use a Maintenance Cartridge for your CatGenie, as it could easily fix this problem you are experiencing.

Usually in this case, the maintenance cartridge should fix the problem. We would suggest you to try a maintenance cleaning cycle and let us know.

J ai une catgenie 120 depuis 2017. Je viens de faire un cycle de lavage avec une cartouche neuve de maintenance car je l ai pas utilisée depuis 1 an. J ai effectué un nettoyage et depuis j ai un signal vert cartridge low qui clignote avec un bip. Je n’arrive plus a lancer le lavage. Que dois-je faire?
