Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Hello I have a catgenie 120 since January 2018. For a few weeks the device seems to be “deprogrammed”. the categenie’s hand doesn’t go down completely in the bowl anymore, it stops half way down and then goes back up. Is there a system reboot or something else? Everything works but not correctly.

Bonjour j’ai un catgenie 120 depuis janvier 2018. Depuis quelques semaines l’appareil semble « déprogrammé ». la categenie hand ne descend plus complétement dans le bol, elle s’arrête à mi-hauteur puis remonte. Y a-t-il un reboot système ou autre ? Tout fonctionne mais pas correctement.
