Cat tracking system

I’m looking for a cat tracking GPS like system to put on my cat’s collar. Does it exist? Is there a ship that can be inserted in a collar? I don’t want to spend a lot of money for this, under 100$.

Now i understand it, i was thinking that it is something else, it is good to track our pets because they can go outside the house if the front door is open. By this we can track our pets and care them, by going outside.

I guess you have not had the program of your cat running out of the house as soon as the front door is open (and then spending hours trying to find it). The same principle applies to any animal (humans too) where you need to know their location. Of course this is the same technology behind tracking vehicles.
