Cat not purring and meows anymore?

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

Robot cat companion pet cat Joy for All is not working properly not purring anymore ans not talking?? Is Still moving What is thé problem. What can we do? Thanks for your help.

Hello @Rivoli and welcome to the forum,

The cause might be batteries, have you tried replacing them?

The Companion Pet Cats are powered by four C alkaline batteries.

Hi -

Did anyone have a solution for this?

I was wondering if this got an answer beyond battery replacement. We have replaced all 4 batteries, but the cat is still not meowing or purring.

Any ideas?
