Cat Litter Robot 3 not working

Hello,

I have a Litter-Robot 3 for less than a year, and it just stoped working.

It was turned off for a couple of days, 2 or 3.

When I turned it on again, the blue light blinks eventhough the drawer is empty.

When I press reset, the yellow light flashes very fast.

I have cleaned the entire robot following the manual and foruns, including the two metal plates that have to be touching. I also checked that they are touching.

Still the problem remains the same.

Any clues?

I am sorry for the late reply. I was at work and just got home to try the steps now. It did not work unfortunarely. I still have the same problem.

The order number is 955455.

What are the next steps?
