CAT Liter 3 Blue light flashing

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

The Blue light is flashing all the time
In i Push reset the Yellow light turns on and That all.
No cycling or other action…
Turn Power off and all , wont help.
All Troubleshooting tested, Nottingham Worms.

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble with your Litter-Robot.

Please provide us with your order number or a copy of the invoice.

This issue indicates a defective DFI sensor and it needs to be replaced.

You also need to check the Anti-Pinch pins in case they were corroded and require replacing as well.

The Anti-Pinch safety feature is two pins connected to the motherboard that must touch each other continuously.

If they are separated, you will have an alarm(yellow blinking light). The Anti-Pinch safety is located in the top back left of the Litter-Robot base. You will need to unplug the unit, remove the bonnet, the globe, and the drawer.

It is ‘‘Two Metal’’ pin. With a flashlight, you should be able to see if they are touching each other or not. If they are not touching each other, try to re-position it with a flat screwdriver by pushing them upwards.

Note: If the pins were dirty or rusty, you can take them out and clean them with WD-40 and sandpaper.

i have cleaned them and they are connected. But it hasn‘t helped.

My Ordernumber is 942401, invoice 10805091

The Blue light is always blinking and in i Press reset, the Yellow one is on. But no Button brings any Action to the litter.

In this case, the DFI sensor needs to be replaced.
