Hi, I’m wondering if the carry capacity of the VTail 500 with different configurations have been tested? If not, I’m wondering what is a general payload weight I can put on the drone. Thanks!

Originally the VTail500 was build around two configuration (Base / TMotor) and motor choose for good flight capability without added payload. It’s possible to add a camera (gopro or like) but the design of the VTail is not as efficient as a normal Quad configuration, having the rear motor at an angle.
This is build mostly for “fun” flights and behave more like a Tricopter than a Quadcopter with a lot of Yaw authority.
The specific numbers for payload are unfortunately not available.
