Can't put any Arduino Code on 3WD Omnibot

Hello,

I just bough a 3WD omni-directional arduino compatible robot, and I am trying even now, using the arduino software, to upload some sort of program on it. It seems the problem lies in choosing the correct board in tool>board, but I’ve tried all the logical choices and the code doesn’t upload, (the board is not a standard arduino and manufacturer did not mention which selection to use). If anyone has any suggestions, especially those who have bought this kit, please let me know.

Here is information we’ve obtained from the manufacturer:

Please select Arduino Duemilanove or Nano w/ Atmega328 type. please check attached picture, and I have also attached the sample code of 10013 for your reference.
Please note, before uploading the code, please disconnect the extensional board on the top of ATmega328 board.

Attached are a picture of the Arduino board selection and sample code and documentation from the manufacturer.
