Hello, I’m trying to control my servos through SSC-32U Servo Sequencer Utility however when I choose the port it is on it says “Com port timed out”. When i connect the USB the RX and TX LED’s flash yellow and when I power it, the PWR LED is blue.

If this does not work, please provide me pictures of your setup including the wiring. I would also like to know the specifications of your power supply in terms of current and voltage.

That is a great place to start! Even though that guide is for FlowArm, most of it applies to other SSC-32U related software.
This would most likely be a baud rate issue (software & hardware are mismatched). Check step 3 of the guide for details.
