Hello would really appreciate some help. I am not great on teach stuff!
My son has a new EV3 and I am desperately trying to get it working for him. I cant connect to Bluetooth it shows up on my sons ipad air and on my iphone6 as EV3 but when I try to pair it says Bluetooth connect error Bluetooth is turned off or there was an error connecting to the Bluetooth device. if Bluetooth is already turned on, turn it off and back on again. I spent 5hrs trying to get it working yesterday. on the robot I made sure Bluetooth was on and the iphone/ipad/ipod was also checked. Yesterday I also plugged to ev3 into my laptop and downloaded the latest firmware on it hoping this would help, however it didn’t. When I try to pair it it briefly says connected on the ipad then goes straight to not connected. Im not sure what else to do. I spoke with my local computer shop and they had no idea! Any help would be so greatly appreciated!!
Maybe I need to try and reset the ev3 brick?
