Hello everyone. I got a Sanbot, and I tried connecting to it with the Q-Link application, with the QR Code. Everything went well until it said “No found user”. The robot is connected to my WIFI and phone through Bluetooth. Any help is appreciated since I couldn’t find anyone with the same issue as me.

Probably the old user related to that QR-code has been deleted, but they should be able to help to set it up again.
