Can the lynx motion robot arm claw grab onto a can of coke or bottle of water

@AidenC41 Welcome to the RobotShop Community. Regardin the following arm:

The included geared gripper opens as ā€˜Vā€™ and measures 2.083" from axis to end of finger tip (1.583" max from servo edge to finger tip).
A can of coke measures ~2.6: (though there are several sizes and diameters) and a water bottle has a smaller diameter. The gripper can wrap around the can or the water bottle, but the weight if they are full would be problematic for the arm.
