Before I buy a Bluetooth module from ebay (link - ebay.com/itm/Wireless-Blueto … 20e074b7c1) i was wondering would I be able to control the botboarduino through serial communication through Bluetooth.

Shouldn’t be a problem, just be sure to connect the pins correctly (Tx to BBuino Rx, Rx to BBuino Tx, GND to GND and 5V to 5 V). Not sure if “Key” or “3.3V” are needed - you’ll need to read the module’s datasheet.
