Can sensing distance be adjusted

I am new to this ultrasonic sensors. i have a doubt. The doubt is:
Can I adjust the sensing distance of the ultrasonic sensor - Part No. RB-plx-73 -.
The mentioned distance is 2cm to 3m range. Can I reduce the maximum from 3m to 1m.
that means range will become 2cm to 1m.

If not possible can any one suggest me a sensor with 5cm to 1m range.

It is not possible to configure the sensor. Nevertheless, you could ignore any readings that are beyond 1m. This sensor outputs a distance reading so it would be straight forward to filter.

Unfortunately, we do not carry ultrasonic sensors with such a low range.
