Can I make this gear motor actuator with the parts here?

Below is a diagram showing the part in question, it appears to be a gear motor with a lead screw/spindle attached to it with a plastic end piece which can connect to shafting or tubing. I’m only guessing but is it as simple as connecting a lead screw to a gear motor and then putting whatever the plastic end piece (described as "buissie5/7 in the parts list) is on the end of it? Do you carry the parts to make such a actuator? I see you carry standard linear and servo actuators but I would like to make the motor actuator as it appears to be cheaper and performs at a higher speed for this animatronic wing project.

Hi socalfusions,

What exactly are you looking for ?
You could build your own actuator if you want, with a screw and motor but you will not have positioning (maybe it’s not important).

Sorry for the late response I had some computer issues, I was hoping to build actuators similar to those used in the build I provided and was looking for some guidance in regards to the specific motor, lead screw, and lead screw nut that I would need in order to achieve the linear movement to make the wings work.

We do not have “Lead Screws” but you need to figure out the “ratio” of the one you will use.
This combine to the gear ratio of your motor will give you the speed and torque
