I’m going to the 3D printer world Expo Jan 31 - Feb 1, 2014, Burbank and I figured it’d be cool if California LMR’ians (and other heroes ready to travel) would join me on a field trip to check out the latest in 3D printers, scanners etc together - live, as a genuine LMR social field trip event day-type of thing :)
Here’s my plan:
We meet inside the exhibition area. Rendezvous location, look for: The 3D Printer World Booth. (I am told it should be easy to find)
Let’s say that rendezvous times are every second hour, even (at 10 AM, at 12 AM etc) - if you missed one, come next time.
It’d be cool if LMR’ians would be wearing some form of LMR logo bot on the clothes somehow - so we can find each other (kit for print out can be found here). If you are preparing something, please post a picture for inspiration in the comments below (I'm not yet sure what to wear myself) ;)

Oh - That’s just a few days after I return from California. Home to my wife, cat and… newborn child! I’m afraid I cannot leave again so soon. Sorry & a shame: It would have been a very small jurney for me, and I’d love to come. Hmm… I don’t suppose they’d delay it 2-3 weeks for my sake, would they?
No, they would not Frits. However, there are plenty of chances that you find your way around the world with your new job, maybe even China (Don#t tell anybody but I can be your tour guide ^_^)
