Build UAV Rover/boat

Hello I am new to this and need some help. I want to build a UAV BOAT using a PiXhawk autopilot with Arduino with two thruster type motors. What PiXhawk autopilot kit would be good for the Rover/boat.

You can find all the options available in the store in the UAV & Drone Flight Controllers section. However, if you are planning on using Ardupilot I suggest checking the recommended hardware first as not all Pixhawk versions are suggested. For example, the RadioLink Pixhawk is not compatible with Ardupilot/Ardusub because of the proprietary firmware binaries (only works with RadioLink version of Mission Planner) and it doesn’t have the right connectors.
