I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.
I have purchased BugC Programmable Robot Base (https://www.robotshop.com/en/m5stack-bugc-programmable-robot-base-w-o-m5stickc.html) from robot shop. It came with a battery , but on plugging the robot motors don’t start and it does not move. Can you please guide me on how to set up this robot ?

The M5Stack BugC Programmable Robot Base is a programmable robot base that needs to be used in conjunction with the M5StickC controller (which is not included in the package).
If you have the M5StickC then you have to place it on top of the base.
