Hi, I have a Neato xv 11 and it says the brush is stuck all the time. I have cleared everything to make sure nothing is blocking it. Should I get a new brush motor? If yes, is there anywhere in Edmonton where I can get one or do I have to order online?

Hi Jose,

It is possible in this case that your brush motor is dirty or defective. Sometimes just taking the motor out and cleaning it can help since hair and debris can get wrapped around the motor shaft. If you do need to purchase a motor, we are the only ones that sell them in Canada. It is therefore best to order from our online shop.

Hi Julie,

I’ll be in Montreal this week from September 3rd to 6th. Could I pass by the store and get the motor? It’s quite a cheap motor and the freight is more expensive than the motor itself. Please give the address of where to go, if it’s possible.

Hi Julie, me again.
I think my Neato is still in the warranty period. But I had the motor removed and cleaned and nit still doesn’t work. Does the fact that I removed and cleaned it makes the warranty void?
