BRAT Battery Compatibilty

I would like to know if the 6V / 2800mAH Ni-MH rechargeable battery (RB-Hpr-05) will fit in the standard U bracket that comes with the BRAT biped robot kits.

If possible I would like to use that battery instead of the suggest 1600mAH battery listed for the BRATCBU kits.

Hi John,

You can use the RB-Hpr-05 battery instead, but it doesn’t fit easily into the U bracket: we’ve used zip ties to attach the battery on the top of the bracket.
