Botvac code 3000

Hi, I have been using my neato botvac for about two years. but it has started giving a message right after I turn it on, it ask me to push okay to continue and give me a 3000 code. I checked in the forums and did everything that is supposed to fix the problem and still is giving me the same message. I think is related to a laser sensor or something.
Please let me know what also I can do to get it back to work.

It is related to the RPS Sensor. When you start your robot, does the laser sensor turns at all or not?
If not, you would be able to fix the issue by replacing the motor:
