Botvac 80 bearing failure

Invoice # 10213462 purchased from you with 5 yr warranty. The brush bearing has failed (locked up) 3 times. It has been cleaned after each use but does not last very long. The bearing in there now is locked up but spins freely acting as a bushing since the plastic all around it has deformed from the heat.

I am hoping there has been a redesign to correct this problem and that you can help.

There hasn’t been a redesign on the Botvac 80, but we can certainly repair your robot under warranty.

Please contact our support center with your invoice number and we will proceed with the repair of your unit.
