I am putting together a robotic arm and want to control it with another robotic arm using the botboarduino that I purchased from you. What software do I use to control the botboarduino?

The BotBoarduino is based on the Arduino Duemilanove and uses the Arduino IDE.
We have sample code which uses inverse kinematics and a PS2 controller which you can start with or modify to suit your needs.
