I was thinking of adding a camera onto the robot that is running on a BotBoarduino and stream over wifi. Is there any shield for the BotBoarduino to be able to do this task ?

An Arduino-based microcontroller (such as the BotBoarduino) is simply not powerful enough (and does not have enough memory) for streaming video.
We suggest separating the video from the control.
