We do not know much of the motor you mention, but we strongly recommend that you check out the user manual for it, available here. If you have more questions on how to control it, you should contact the motor’s manufacturer for more information.

The BotBoarduino is meant as a Arduino-compatible board with extra connections to simplify using typical RC servomotors, not special DC motors such as the one you are using.

Most of your questions can be answered by reading the user manual. If unsure, please contact the manufacturer for details. It seems like controlling the interface of the motor requires extra amplification on the controller side, so you should check that out, too.
