I USED MY BOT BOARD-2 3 MONTHS BACK…I WAS ABLE TO PROGRAM IT THAT TIME…BUT RIGHT NOW WHEN IM USING IT AGAIN…ONLY GREEN LED TURNS ON
A,B,C LEDS ARE OFF
ALSO SPEAKER IS NOT MAKING TICKING SOUND…
I AGAIN WANT IT TO PROGRAM…AS FOR MAKING MY REPORT–I WANT TO RECORD THE STEPS…
SO BASIC MICRO ATOM IDE SOFTWARE IS DETECTING ATOM -28 MODULE…BUT ITS GIVING DEBUGGING ERROR AS
Error: Could not open System file, Sys.mac
PLEASE HELP

I will get Nathan to look at this post. Most likely thing to try in the meantime is to uninstall then reinstall the IDE.
Are you using Vista? If so you need to run the IDE with admin privledges. The compiler wants to create some temporary files(sys.mac being one of them) and Vista won’t let it if it’s run as a normal user. May also be true on XP with certain security settings set.
Note, BasicMicro Studio when it’s released doesn’t have this problem anymore. All temporary files will now be created in the appdata folder liek Vista wants it.
