Tonight when we programmed our robot we ran into a huge problem. We have playing around the autonomous sample program. We were successful earlier in the day with have the sharp sensors sensing different things. At the end when we last programmed in the sensors would read anything. We have a wireless mote sensor that we connected using the cables. This wireless sensor worked fine connected to pin 2. The sharp sensors were connected to pins 16, 17, 18. When we connected the wireless sensor into these pins it would not function.
My question is: does this happen often with the bot board or did it burn up these pin for some reason? Or are the sensors bad?
If you could post an image of your wiring perhaps we could look for a potential problem. Telling us what is “connected” to what is not enough information. Pleased use part numbers or a more complete description of the components. I.e. what’s a wireless sensor.
