BOT BOard II on MH2. Device not being recognised

We are using MH2 with Bot board II and SSC 32. We are not able to connect to Bot Board II using RS 232 inter face and downloaded software . The device is not recognised.

SSC 32 board is OK. We are able to control individual motrs through the software downloaded from site.

Can anybody throw some light on this.
