Boss motor setup for balancing robotic

I’m looking to use 38mm omni wheels and a motor and driver for each. I’m looking for recommendations on what would be a good budget pair with a gimbal-ish sized motor with an encoder of at least 1000cpr. The motor isn’t going to be under much load but it will need to be precise and able to handle low and medium speed.

Not sure what would be your restrictions for the size of the motors you want to use.
