Bor Board measurement - height

I’m mocking up a “backpack” for a robot and don’t have the Bot Board yet. I’ve got the board width and length and hole pattern measurements
and have created dummy boards out of Lexan. What I need now is the maximum HEIGHT of the board…from the surface of the board to
the highest component. In looking at the picture of the board it looks like the serial port would be the hghest, therefore I’m looking at a hair
over .5"…is this accurate?

I’d also like the same info for the SSC-32. Looks like the max height on that one will be the top of the servo plug after plugging in plus a little
for the wire.

A quick look with a ruler, shows it to be right around 1/2 inch. But in either case it would be most likely dictated by the wires you plug in to the servo wires. I personally would leave at least an inch and probably a bit more than that. And if you stack them, I like to leave more, Ike 1.5"… Others may have different thoughts.

Thanks! Unfortunately, the box I picked out for the backpack is only 1.8" deep so I’m anticipating fighting to get both boards to fit (at least
with the cover on). Time to search for a deeper box. In the meantime, I’ll just test with the cover off…
