Bobsweep pet hair rear wheels higher than front wheel, can't charge

Hi!

I require your help regarding a problem I’m encountering.

My bobsweep has a problem. It seems like the rear wheels are riding high, causing the front to be angled down slightly toward the floor. This is causing it to not charge. Is there something that I need to do in order to fix this? Is there a setting or possible something that I have done to the unit?

Contacted Bobsweep, they didn’t know what to do. Visually inspected the unit, and it appears to be fine.

I’m attaching two pictures to possibly help

Thank you so much in advance for your help!

Hi @iscariotTF and welcome to the forum.

It is strange that Bobsweep support didn’t know what to do?

I would recommend that you open up the robot and find a root cause for this problem. I guess the wheels wouldn’t move on its own? Probably something is damaged inside or some particles or dirt are causing this?

Let us know what you have done.

Thanks.

Sent it into BobSweep. Cost about $60 to repair, but it was apparently an issue with the wheels. THey also did some repairs on the LED display. Looks pretty good now.
